Watching what is happening in Ukraine is confusing and upsetting. The news is tough to watch when I am anticipating watching the ultimate bullies of this decade hurt innocent people and for reasons that are very unclear. Mayor Paul TenHaken had the idea to turn Falls Park, Sioux Falls’s namesake, blue and yellow to show our support for Ukraine. Whether you are from Ukraine or from Sioux Falls, we all share this one Earth and this one life. If only there was more we could do – the prayers and positive thoughts will have to do. This photo and following edit speak volumes in my opinion and I hope you feel what I do when I look at it. Prayers for Ukraine!
